Athens Veterinary Clinic Is a Member of AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association)

AAHA Logo
AAHA members meet the highest standards pertaining to facilities, equipment, practice methods, and management. The objective of AAHA is to better serve the pet-owning public by applying the highest principles and techniques of modern medicine and surgery toward the quality care of companion animals.

The American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) is the only organization that accredits animal hospitals throughout the U.S. and Canada. AAHA-accredited hospitals voluntarily choose to be evaluated on over 800 standards in the following areas: quality of care; diagnostic and pharmacy; management; medical records and facility.

Not all veterinarians and animal hospitals have chosen to undergo this rigorous scrutiny. However, we at Athens Veterinary Hospital feel that this evaluation and accreditation can provide you the peace of mind that your family pet is receiving the best of care from a qualified practice.

Athens Veterinary Clinic Updates

With the constant threat of disease to your pets, it is important to keep you as pet owners informed of the new products and vaccines available to protect them. The easiest way for us to keep you informed it through our monthly newsletters. So that you will receive a reminder, we ask that you give us your name and email address in the form above and we’ll make sure you receive notice when the next newsletter is posted. We hate SPAM as much as you do – possibly even more – so we promise to not overload you with emails. We’ll only send you an email when we have information that may be of value to you – such as our newsletters, disease and vaccine alerts and updates, and other items that you may find useful.

For any questions about any of the new products or to make an appointment for your pet, feel free to call us at 706-543-5547.
